Delivery Coverage

We offer Emirates-wide delivery — covering all seven emirates:

  • Dubai

  • Abu Dhabi

  • Sharjah

  • Ajman

  • Ras Al Khaimah

  • Fujairah

  • Umm Al Quwain

Delivery Timeframes

  • Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 5:00 PM (UAE time)

  • Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be delivered the following day

  • Scheduled Delivery: You can select a preferred delivery date during checkout.

 
Delivery Hours

  • Delivery is available 7 days a week

  • Standard delivery window: 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM

  • We aim to deliver on time, and while we accommodate preferred times, exact delivery slots are not guaranteed.

 
Delivery Guidelines

  • Ensure the recipient’s full name, address, and phone number are accurate

  • If the recipient is unavailable, we will contact them to reschedule or arrange alternate delivery

  • Deliveries to offices and commercial locations are made during business hours.
