At Maison de la Rose, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of fresh flowers, please review our return and refund policy below:

 

1. Returns

  • We do not accept returns on flower arrangements unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

 

2. Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • The flowers arrive significantly damaged (with photo evidence).

  • The wrong item is delivered.

  • The order is canceled within the allowed time.

3. Exchanges

  • We may offer a replacement if the bouquet arrives in poor condition.

  • We reserve the right to request photos for quality control.

 

4. No Refunds Will Be Given:

  • For dissatisfaction due to personal preference (e.g., flower size, style, or color variation).

  • If the recipient is unavailable to receive the order at the delivery time.
